Then the SMH Decab is the answer, a self contained Decon built on the back of a Transit type van complete with storage for equipment and waste materials.

Versatile

The Decab is ideal, if a separate trailer is required to be towed to site such as a welfare unit or mobile office facility.

The Decab can be built on most flat bed vehicles from most manufacturers chosen to suit customer’s needs and applications.

Decontamination Unit

The Decab can be built to your own plan and specification, typically we would include a 4-Stage Decontamination Unit with Dirty End, bench seat and air extractor, a shower room with wash hand basin and a drying room for the operative to stand and towel dry whilst the shower is being used. This drying room includes a large sink to wash the face masks, together with the separate Clean Room for dressing.

Completely self contained, the Decab has its own generator to power the whole system. A Gas Water Heater provides hot water and water is drawn from the onboard water tank.
