The 340 is the entry level sprayer for the contactor who wants to spray up to 100 ltrs per week. It has none of the electronic pressure controls that are on the Intelligent Series machines and is very simple to use.

Titan 440i
SMH also offer Airless Spray Systems from The Wagner Group, Titan and Epic brand names.The 440i and Wagner PS21 are both very similar machines and offer the asbestos removal contractor the product to undertake 95% of his spraying requirements. With a 17 thou tip these machines will spray most asbestos encapsulating coatings including Decadex Firecheck, Firecheck, ET150, ET10, Foster Asbestos Products and PVA Sealant.

Epic 840
 

One of the larger Airless Spray Machines from Titan the Epic 840i has all the features of the 440i but should be chosen by a contractor who requires a faster working machine that can spray thicker materials through a 27 thou tip, the machine can be used with 2 guns fitted with 19 thou tips, ideal for PVA and ET 150. Slow Prime – Piston turns over slower to reduce wear on piston and self adjusting packing, increasing life of machine by up to 30%. Easily maintained as easy access to inlet and outlet valves.
